Images of Britain: Kynance Cove, Cornwall

Kynance Cove, on the west side of the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, is considered one of the most picturesque coastal spots in the southwest. With its white sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and dark red and green cliffs of serpentine stone, at low tide the rock sires and sea caves can be explored. Owned and operated by the National Trust, and on the Southwest Coast Path, it is very popular in the summer.
