Slough Bus Station, Slough, Wiltshire. — Slough Bus Station

Opened in 2012, and designed by London-based Bblur Architects, the Bus Station at Slough is a fantastic, futuristic, metallic curved structure that was designed as an urban sculpture. Located adjacent to the railway station, the 140 meter long curved canopy also functions as a pedestrian walkway connecting the train and bus stations with the city centre. The new bus station replaces an older one and an unsightly concrete car park and is the first stage of a plan to revitalize the city centre.
