Holloway Circus Tower, sometimes called Beetham Tower or 10 Holloway Circus, is the second tallest building in Birmingham.

The Mercian, a 132-metre (433 ft) residential tower located in the Westside district is presently Birmingham's tallest building. The tallest structure is the 140-metre (458 ft) BT Tower. However The Octagon, a 155-metre (509 ft) skyscraper in the city centre will soon surpass both in height.

Finished in 2006, the 400 ft-high Holloway Circus skyscraper was originally designed to be taller but new regulations following the terrorist attack on the WTC in 2001 caused the height to be reduced.

It is a multi-purpose building with the lower 19 floors including a Radisson Blu Hotel and the upper twenty floors consisting of residential apartments. There are also commercial and retail businesses.
