Chatsworth House in Derbyshire is one of the UK's most visited and also most loved stately homes.

The house has stunning architecture, an extensive art collection (both ancient and modern), and beautifully landscaped gardens. The ancestral seat of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, Chatsworth has been home to the Cavendish family since the 16th century.

The grand house boasts over 30 opulent rooms, including the lavish Painted Hall, the Sculpture Gallery, and the Library, filled with rare books. The estate is also famous for its impressive art collection, featuring works by masters such as Rembrandt and Reynolds, as well as sculptures, tapestries, and period furniture that reflect centuries of aristocratic heritage.

Beyond the house, Chatsworth's gardens and parkland span over 1,000 acres, offering visitors breathtaking landscapes designed by the famous 18th-century gardener Lancelot 'Capability' Brown.

The gardens feature striking waterworks, including the 300-year-old Cascade and the gravity-fed Emperor Fountain. Visitors can also explore the Rock Garden, the Maze, and the Victorian glasshouses.

The surrounding parkland, home to herds of deer, provides picturesque walking trails and stunning views of the surrounding Peak District.
